Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi got a very high rating following his impressive performance for West Bromwich Albion, in their 2-0 win against Preston North End at the Hawthorns on Tuesday, Completesports.com reports.
Ajayi put up an impressive performance for the Baggies who took their points to 69 and stretch their lead on the log to seven points ahead of Leeds.

And following the ratings of West Brom players by Birmingham Mail, Ajayi got eight out of 10.
He was one of six players who were rated eight for their performance.
It was his 33rd league appearance for West Brom this season with five goals.
Commenting on his performance, Birmingham Mail wrote: “Cool as you like for the most part, against ageing forward Nugent and narrow forward Maguire. Only really had a physical presence to concern himself with when Stockley entered the fray late on. A commanding display from the Baggies bargain, even if he might’ve been a bit slicker in possession at times.”

Wow, David Nugent is still playing? Na wa o (set awon David Beckham).
Anyway, well done to Semi Ajayi. @Pompei, this is another fantastic talent that we snatched from England without even breaking a sweat!
Like I said, we get them Yafun-Yafun. If Saka signs for England, no shaking! The Super Eagles is greater that any one talent.
From £500,000 in 2013, Semi Ajayi is now valued at £1.7 million and rising for a defender that has grown in leaps and bounds as a very versatile player.
Centre defence – e dey there.
Right full back – carry go.
Defensive midfield – no shaking
Goal scoring – peice of cake!
This 26 year old is an asset to the Super Eagles all over the park.
This season thus far, Semi Ajayi has played 33 games and have scored 5 goals (a stat that some strikers struggle to attain).
Last season, the lanky defender scored 7 goals in 46 goal.
It is all but certain that Semi Ajayi will be playing Premier League football next season. Once that happens, that will be one more Super Eagles player playing in an elite league.
Semi Ajayi, more tackles and goals to your boots.
Ajayi’s West Brom has been consistent since he came back from injury last month.Furthermore,he is lately complimented in the defence by Egyptian Hegazy both of whom have aptly performed so well and the results have been fantastic.
Another defender on the NFF radar is Blackburn Rovers centre half Aderabioyo who is having a great season. The young lad who is on loan from Manchester city has proved his mettle in the championship and looking to cement a place in the heart of the defence at his parent club when his loan deal runs out in the summer.
Apparently,Aderabioyo’s presence would bring a stern competition in the heart of the defence of the super eagles making it harder for Troost Ekong’s position to be assured like it has looked lately.
