Joshua Zirkzee’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, is reportedly in talks with Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli as the Bianconeri consider a loan move in the January transfer window.
The Serie A giants are considering a loan move for struggling Manchester United striker Zirkzee, and the Dutchman’s representative has been in direct talks with Giuntoli in recent weeks.
According to the latest report from Calciomercato.com, (via Football Italia) Zirkzee’s agent, Joorabchian, is on good terms with Giuntoli and could play a vital role in his client’s transfer during the winter transfer window.
Zirkzee, a former Bologna striker, has been struggling to settle in at Old Trafford, scoring just once in 17 appearances across all competitions.
Multiple sources in Italy in recent weeks have linked the 23-year-old with a move to Juventus, given that Manchester United’s new coach, Rúben Amorim, could be reluctant to rely on the Dutchman.
On the other hand, Juventus appointed Zirkzee’s ex-coach, Thiago Motta, last summer, so working with a familiar face in the second part of the season would probably help Zirkzee regain confidence.
