Moses Simon says it is important for the Super Eagles not to underrate the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau.
The Super Eagles will be up against Baciro Cande’s men at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan next week Monday.
The three-time African champions need just a point from the game to secure their place in the Round of 16.
Simon stated that the Super Eagles must remain humble and fight hard to beat their opponent.

“We have to keep fighting hard and not underrate our next opponent (Guinea-Bissau). They beat us in the qualifiers which is enough for us to wary of them,” Simon told reporters.
“The good thing is that everything is in our hand now. We know what to do to be in the next round. The victory over Ivory Coast has helped us a lot.
“The most important thing now is for us to keep doing our best in training and on matchdays. It’s still a long way to go for us, but the key thing is to remain positive and keep working towards achieving our target.”
The Super Eagles currently occupy second position in Group B with four points from two games.

Very funny comment. The SE must be stupid to underestimate anyone. This is a team that was defeated at home by Central Africa Republic & drew against Lesotho. I won’t be surprised if they’re defeated by Guinea Bissau
Support your team for once , either they are going up or down that’s the spirit you got to have not coming here to write nonsense… the boys are giving the competition their best instead of you to back them till the end you saying rubbish, be a good african for once, the boys are not the cause of Nigerian problems ok, when they win now you will be the first person to come here and sing praises…cos of your negative mindset, we will win them by 3.0…
This is a compétition which everyone want to win and we need to encourage our team and pray for them, because football today is fantastique and I have courage and faith on our Super Eagles. May God Almighty help us through in Jesus name. Up super eagles.
