Yes o!
Alhassan Yusuf should have started ahead of Iwobi, to assist Onyeka in the midfield. Iwobi is minus one there, he kept escorting opponent players without marking them.
Are you better than the coach or which coaching school did you attend? In Nigeria everyone is a coach.
Please leave the man with his tactical formation.
Wining team very good coach. Let’s do it again boys
1 7 3 formation. Angola will fall
Alasan Yusuf is the best midfielder in the team he has everything as a mildfielder let’s respect the coaches decisions.
Good line up lets go eagles
A stable team lets go win Angola and zoom to semi-final
Iwobi and Zaidu again? Ok
Seems Paseiro has settled on his first 11 for his current 3-4-3 (offensive), 5-4-1 (defensive) formation.
Players like Iheanacho, Chukwueze, and Alhassan would have to make do with coming from the bench. Even Ndidi might not find it easy reclaiming his spot in the starting squad.
The great thing about football tournaments is whether you win or lose, you’ll always learn and gain something.
Nigeria having a suitable playing system that works and the gaffer able to know his starting eleven are some of the gains in this competition.
Without doubt, qualifications for tournaments helps countries to build a team.
Peseiro struggled earlier to establish his methods, but the weeks he’s had with the lads is the game-changer,hopefully,post Afcon performances especially the world cup qualifiers should be of higher quality.
That finished Zaidu again with Rastaman Iwobi. Both are minus 2. Yusuff and Onyemachi should replace both of them in the lineup. Let’s see how eagles will suffer in possession today gain. Cuz those 2 are liabilities.
Zaidu the worst of the both. One Will begin to imagine if his left leg is even functioning properly. He can’t mark, he can’t shoot decently when the opportunity present itself, he can’t give simple pass without loosing the ball. Ball control self na problem. The worst part of it, he can’t put in decent cross into the box so what is he still doing in the lineup.
Peseiro na 1 stubborn coach. So all in the name of you don’t change a winning team, he refused to improve the team even when it’s glaring that both players are the weak link in the Eagles. We’ve capable and better replacement for both but last last na hin decision
Goodluck to u guys
I’m listening to Chinedu Obasi on SuperSport and he said something insightful. He said the team’s weakness is that left back (Zaidu) and suggested Paseiro moves Calvin Bassey there and bring in Omeruo to pair Ekong in CD.
That makes sense as it was Bassey’s sweet exchange with Lookman and Iwobi and perfect cross into the 18-yard that resulted in the 90th-minute second goal against Cameroun.
I don’t like this matchup, I hate playing country like Angola, they’ve nothing to lose, these guys will play with their last blood. Samuel Okwaraji died playing against these Luanda goons. Our guys should be ready to match their determination,That’s why starting Iwobi and Zaidu in this game is a big gamble, we need serious skillful players,Hopefully Iwobi will bring it today.
We should learn to respect our coaches line-up.You can’t know the team better than the manager!
This will be a bitter match for Nigerians. Palancas Negras is destined for the Semi Final. Angolan attack will be too strong for Nigeria
Hey what do you think now? 🙂
