Equatorial Guinea head coach, Juan Micha has said there is nothing special in his side’s earning a share of the spoils against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Micha’s men earned a valuable point in the Group A clash played at the Alassanne Quattara Stadium, Ebimpe.
The Nzalang Nacional had goalkeeper Jesus Owono to thank for repelling the Super Eagles attack in the game.
The gaffer stated that his side have their eyes on bigger things in the competition.

I am proud of you, coach. What NFF failed to do is what Equatorial Guinea is doing now.
They are honest with their country, why our Nigeria football Federation more Carr about money.
I believe Amunike would do more than what coach Paseiro did on today’s match.
But just because NFF won’t gain more money when they hire our own, they prefer Oyinbo to our own. Although our own have their down side too. They are terrible when it comes to money issues and sentiments to select the best for Nigeria.
Amunike would have been considered to be in charge of the Super Eagles for this Afcon, and we would have seen enough of him before World Cup qualifiers and decided if he could stay or not.
But NFF are enjoying what they sold to us. God bless Nigeria!!!
Amunike can’t do a shit with SE.What did he do with the Tanzania national team that he was given free hands? And what is he waiting for be4 signing contract even with another African country? Stop this baseless hyping.Only a disciplined and tactical foreign coach can take the SE to another level
Are you comparing Tanzanians talent to that of Nigerians in the aspect of football? Please try to think deeply before you comment. Biko!
You are right that guy don’t understand soccer Amunike can do better, he won World cup before right,is Tanzania participating in this tournament, Amunike took them to African cup before am I right. Talents dictate the fortune of a team the best coach in the world can not make a poor team to win African cup, l rest my case.
What is the record of Amunike or every other local coach abeg sentiment aside no good Nigerian coach at the moment. Amaju panic has destroyed our football in hiring this imposter as coach
This is an ordinary coach that has no pedigree giving it to our so called Portuguese expert and even playing us 50-50 ball possession.
See finish.
Coach don dey wind mouth.
If we had taken our chances and scored them like 4 or 5, his responses in this interview would have been different.
No be em fault sha.
Na so na Pompei – Lol
Not his fault. These players caused the nonsense from the coach. With their mouth I taught they would give us more problem then they did. It’s not the fault of the person that are Amala and did not watch his hands, it’s the fault of the person who cooked a delicious soup.
All these nff noise by omo9ja and coach is this and that should stop at this stage. We are in the midst of battle already.
Did we have the best bff and the best coaches when we won in 1994 and 2013.
Abeg these players should just more responsibilities and do the needful.
We will deal with coach issues later. If we had converted out chances will anyone be talking about pesero or nff
Don’t blame him, if we had taken our chances he would not be opening his mouth to say rubbish.
All the low ranked teams that surprised big teams today at the Afcon are coached by indigenous coaches.NFF needs to wake up and make use of our local coaches.
