Benin Republic have received a huge boost ahead of the 2021 Africa Cup Nations qualifying clash against Nigeria with the news that Jordan Adeoti and
Sessi d’Almeida have both recovered from injury to face the Super Eagles on Saturday, reports Completesports.com.
Adeoti only linked up with the team on Wednesday and didn’t train with his teammates on Thursday, while d’Almeida is nursing a thigh injury.

However, head coach of the team Michel Dussuyer says both players will be in the squad for the AFCON qualifier billed for the Stade Charles de Gaulle, Porto-Novo.
“Jordan played Tuesday night with his club, he played 90 minutes on top of the trip. It was just scrubbing for him. Sessi just needed to breathe, rest his thigh a bit but nothing serious, he will be there on the pitch,” Dussuyer told bjfoot.com.
The Squirrels occupy second spot in Group L with seven points from four games. A win in th highly anticipated encounter will see Dussuyer’s men qualify for January’s finals in Cameroon.
