Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Manchester United are among the clubs, who have been linked with the centre-back.
Silva confirmed that the former Manchester City player is not willing to extend his stay at the Craven Cottage.
“There’s been a lot of noise around Tosin, Silva was quoted by Eurosport.
“Being honest, it’s really difficult to renew with him. Probably at the end of the season he’s going to leave the club. Not 100%, but probably it’s going to happen.”
