Nantes manager Pierre Aristouy has praised Moses Simon after the Nigerian played a key role in the club’s 1-0 victory against Clermont on Sunday.
Simon scored the winning goal in the keenly contested encounter.
It was the Canaries’ first win of the season.
The winger has struggled to hit top form in recent months.

The Nigeria international was last on target for Nantes against Ajaccio on January 13.
“I’m happy for Simon. He is very pleasant to live with, a great professional. He has ego and shows that he is a great player,” he told club’s official website.
“He is very comfortable on the left, but I am convinced that he can be very good in the center or on the right. It’s essential to have these attackers.
“He has this explosiveness, against Seidu who has won the most duels in the championship. He is in shape. He reaches the age of emotional maturity. He analyzes very quickly and he masters it.”
