Legendary Zimbabwe striker Peter Ndlovu is currently in Rwanda to inspire the Warriors ahead of Sunday’s clash with Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
After playing out a goalless draw with Rwanda in their first Group C game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Wednesday, the Warriors will take on the Super Eagles on matchday two.
In a post on Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) X handle, Ndlovu was spotted chatting with injured striker Admiral Muskwe.

Players of the Warriors will hope the presence of the 50-year-old will be a moral booster as they take on the Super Eagles.
Ndlovu featured as a professional player from 1988 until 2011, notably spending time in England with Coventry City and in the Football League for Birmingham City, Huddersfield Town, and Sheffield United.
He made his debut for Zimbabwe in 1990, scored 37 goals in 100 appearances before retiring from international football in 2007.
He was in the Warriors team that lost both home and away to the Super Eagles, during the qualifiers for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
