Zimbabwe defender Jordan Zemura says the Warriors are battle ready for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying tie against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The two countries will clash at the Huye Stadium, Butare on Sunday afternoon.
Zemura, who plays for Serie A club, Udinese stated that the Warriors are in good spirit ahead of the game.

“We are ready to play, we are ready to compete, we have the courage to face them,” the 23-year-old declared in a short video posted on the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) official X handle.
“We have trained together, you can see there is a lot of quality in the team, we try to encourage ourselves.
“We know the quality Nigeria have as a team. We just have to stay strong, be on top of our game and stay with each other.”
The encounter will kick-off at 2pm Nigeria time.
