Bruno Onyemaechi has been declared fit to face Lesotho in Thursday’s (today) 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying fixture.
The matchday one encounter is billed for the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
Onyemaechi was substituted in the second half of Boavista’s 3-1 home defeat to CD Feirense last weekend after picking up a knock.
The left-back trained separately from his teammates in the Super Eagles first training on Tuesday.

The defender was however involved in full training on Wednesday night.
Head coach Jose Peseiro said the player was uncomfortable in the game last weekend.
The Portuguese hinted that Onyemaechi
is fit for the clash against the Likuena.
The 24-year-old has made three appearances for the Super Eagles.
