2025 AFCONQ: Ref Wrong To Disallow Lookman’s Goal Against Libya –Oparanozie

Former Super Falcons forward Desire Oparanozie has questioned the decision of the center referee to disallow Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman’s goal against Libya in yesterday’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.

Recall that the Atalanta star netted the opening goal in the 83rd minute when he exchanged a one-two pass with AC Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze. But the center referee, Godfrey Philip Nkhakananga, disallowed the goal for offside.

A replay of the action shows that Lookman was actually onside even before the ball was played to him.

Reacting to the development, Oparanozie, via her X handle, criticized the referee’s decision to disallow the goal.

“No VAR in Uyo? There’s no dent on Lookman’s goal,” Oparanozie wrote on X.

“Poor officiating,” she added

They always do this but a certain Egungu doctor said ref are rather on our side and I’m just making up excuses for a team that we always scold on CSN. Thank God I’m not the only person who noticed this particular incident.

You surely have a serious mental problem….LMAOoo

I am sure Dr.Drey torments you even in your dreams. That is why you can never make any comment without throwing shades.

And when I start with you now you will start coughing out blood and laying empty curses…LMAOoo

You will tell us where you and Dr.Drey ever had this conversation and he said referees are always on our side.

      Senseless fool.

Just to set the records straight, the only things I have ever said about poor officiating is that it’s a general african problem and not only targeted at Nigeria alone as you always lie. Left to you, when it’s not FIFA that is against Nigeria, it will be CAF. And When it is not CAF, it will be WAFU. All across the continent, many people are already calling for the use of VAR in qualification games….simply because of poor refereeing decisions. But you will rather open your own filthy mouth and lie that it is only Nigeria that suffers poor officiating. African referees are bias against Nigeria only, according to a fool like you.

And because you are seriously looking for attention, Dr.Drey’s assertion translates to referees are always on our side….just because you are desperate to make him look bad and stupid like you……LMAOoo

      Senseless idiot.

Illiteracy is indeed a disease. Anyone who thinks otherwise should come and observe Chima Eberibe Samuels on CSN.

I just hope you will sieze this opportunity of your stay in the USA to get some quality education…..that is if you have managed to offset all the debts you incured to fund your voyage.

      Sick crackhead

Hehehe an illiterate is calling someone illiterate. What I said is very true at least I am free to translate it into what I wish and for the public to know about you and how you always twist things with lies and contentious denials to words that actually came out from you. For someone who’s quick to intentionally lie about someone’s intentions to certify his usual garbage. Kiddo like it or not you’re a weirdo, and a nobody that doesn’t exist in any decent record so get your self-esteem checked once again so you don’t think more than you ought to but try to improve your real life. Once again start defending your lies and don’t be like a female menopause pretending and never accept truth that implicates their rot. Abeg run fact is I don’t even have this time I’m affording you!!!
