Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon head coach, Jean -Baptiste Bisseck says his side have what it takes to beat the Super Falcons of Nigeria.
Bisseck’s side failed to make home advantage count when they hosted the Super Falcons in the first leg of the 2024 Olympic Games third round qualifier last Friday.
Cameroon were held to a 0-0 draw in the game.

Ahead of the second leg slated for the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on Monday (today), Bisseck has issued a warning to the nine-time African champions.
“We will play on the Abuja field as if we are playing at home. Cameroon will not entertain any fear. The Lionesses are prepared to win and make progress,” the gaffer was quoted by thenff.com.
African champions South Africa or Tanzania awaits the winner of the fixture in the final round.
South Africa defeated Tanzania 3-0 in the first leg.

Whoever gave Assisat Oshoala a 6th AWFOTY award did Africa a great disservice, did Nigeria a great disservice and did Assisat Oshoala herself a great disservice.
Not sure they informed the SF players CAF is still operating the archaic away goal rule that the civilized world has since dumped!
You’re leading 1-0 but scared stiff, not of being drawn, but losing cos the other team scored in your home. As expected, the Camerounians started employing dirty tricks to snatch the ticket in the dying minutes.
Thank God the SF held on for a mercy win. But this attack is blunt. I can’t count on them much against South Africa in the final round.
