Falcons are busy twerking with their university coach instead of getting to action as well. NFF is up there giving 419 statements that he met debt under an administration that he was assistant to Picnic. Until we do away with Politicians as NFF president Nigeria football will just be political and hardly bring smiles again.
When will the Super Falcons begin their own training camp and play friendly matches? The Women’s World Cup is less than a month away, and other countries are seriously preparing by playing high-quality matches. Our players are relaxing in their respective villages. And about two weeks before the tournament starts, the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) will rush them to the camp, where they will play against male academy teams and then quickly board the plane to the World Cup. As a result, they will be rusty, lacking tactics, and unprepared.
When they face well-prepared teams and receive heavy defeats, we will blame the coaches. Is it the coach that will organize the players for training all on his own or the NFF giving approval for such exercise?
I am becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the current NFF Chairman. He appears too slow, indecisive, and lacking direction. Almost all of our national teams, except for the U20 team which participated in the FIFA World Youth Championship in Argentina, have gone to competitions without adequate preparations. This is why they come back with terrible results. It’s incredibly frustrating
We still dey find where to camp and when camp go open, latter them go say sack coach.
Still the coach no good.
I read Gasau’s response to questions thrown at him. His answers killed every expectation I may have had on our national teams good performances and again, truly exposed him as one without any purpose/direction as to what he intends to accomplish whilst in power.
He was only constantly re- echoing financial difficulties; a ready made excuse for his perceived failed tenure.
BUT AS BAD AS PINIC WAS, HE TOO CAME WHEN NFF FINANCE WAS AT SEA BED , NO SPONSOR, NO MONEY TO PURCHASE KITS , NO MONEY TO TRAVEL FOR MATCHES ETC, BUT PINIC N CO, DID THEIR MAGIC, AND SUDDENLY, MONEY, SPONSORS, Friendly MATCHES ALL STARTED POURING IN . AND THAT TRANSLATED UNTO CELEBATED PERFORMANCES OF OUR SE UNDER ROHR UNTIL ENEMIES WITHIN WHICH WE ALL KNOW, STARTED ORCHESTRATING THEIR EVIL WORK,WHICH SADLY, HAS CULMINATED INTO WHERE WE ARE TODAY.
TRUTH IS, GASAU HASN’T GOT THAT PERSONALITY TO MANAGE ANY BUSINESS THAT REQUIRES INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS SUCH AS FOOTBALL, REASON HE WAS CONSTANTLY AFFIRMING TO OUR LOCAL LEAGUE AS MEASURE OF SUCCESS. THIS MAN, I CAN BOAST WILL PEE IN HIS PANT IF MADE TO VISIT ANY OF THE DEVELOPED FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO EXCHANGE IDEAS BECAUSE HE IS COMPLETELY EMPTY IN THE MATTERS OF FOOTBALL AND ITS SYSTEM OF THINGS.
THESE MEN ARE PURE LOCAL CHAMPIONS WHO ONLY FEEL IMPORTANT WHILST IN THE MIDST OF UNENLIGHTENED NIGERIANS. BUT OUTSIDE NIGERIA THEIR TIMIDITY BECOMES MONUMENTAL THAT YOU START FEELING ASHAMED OF BEING FROM SAME COUNTRY AS THEM.
IF NA TO WEAR BIG BIG COAT AND AGBADA ALMOST EVERY DOOR SECURITY WORKER IN THE UK WILL BE QUALIFIED TO BE NIGERIA PRESIDENT TALKLESS OF NFF PRESIDENT. LET YOUR BRAIN/ACTION SPEAK INSTEAD OF PICTURES OF YOU WEARING SUIT/AGBADA ALL OVER THE PLACE. NIGERIA FOOTBALL DON ENTER ARMED RUBBER MOTOR. WE NO GO SIDON LOOK, DEY DO NA WAAAAOOOO, NA WAOOO..COS SIDDON LOOK NA DOG NAME.BUT WE WILL CONTINUE TO RIP YOU LOTS IMAGE TO SHREDS IN EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA, COS YOU LOTS ARE BUNCH OF DEAD BRAINS. DEAD WOOD, WALKING DEAD.
What people don’t know is, GASAU may most likely have been the secret person inside the NFF sabotaging attempt made by previous NFF boards to lure our best foreign born players to play for Nigeria. He may have been the one frustrating/binning letters sent out to them as well as causing delay to processes involved .
I can still remember his wield utterances against Sidney Sam. Just when that boy was on the verge of accepting Stephen Keshis call to represent Nigeria, this GASAU said then that Sidney Sam wasn’t better than most of our local league players and that he didn’t understand why Keshi was trying to bring him to play for Nigeria. That statement may have being the reason the player accepted to play for Germany if only to prove to the idiot man, he is good enough.
Imagine a complete ignoramus advising a coach like Keshi who played football to the highest level on who a better player was. Are we now surprised that all of a sudden, there is no real attempt to lure foreign born players to play for Nigeria since this idiot man got himself into power? Sadly , this is now happening at a time we have all our best legs playing outside Nigeria. This only tells you how this man’s brain works; negatively skewed.
Odegbami wrote last year that club chairmen have the highest number of votes in any NFF election and until we dismantle that constitution, politicians like Gusau will continue to win. Man, Gusau never clock one year out of 4 for office. We dey one chance. Imagine e say na we go decide whether to fire or retain Peserio
Super Falcons are on hols, but flying in to Abuja next week for a send-off party. The Ministry of Sports and NFF must have budgeted millions for that event
