Nigeria’s Super Falcons have arrived Praia for the second leg of their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Cape Verde.
The Super Falcons’ arrival was announced on the team’s official X handle.
“We safely landed in Praia, Cape Verde this evening, ahead of our second leg tie on December 5,” reads the statement.

The nine-time African champions thrashed Cape Verde 5-0 in the first leg at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on Thursday.
Uchenna Kanu and Esther Okoronwko scored twice in the game, with Gift Monday scoring the other goal.
Justine Madugu’s side will look to do the double over their opponent and secure a place at the 2024 WAFCON finals which will be hosted by Morocco.
The encounter will hold at the Estadio Nacional de Capo Verde, Praia on Thursday.
