Flying Eagles head coach Ladan Bosso was full of praise players following their 4-0 thrashing of Tunisia on Friday.
The Flying Eagles recovered from Monday’s semi-final disappointment against The Gambia to beat the Young Carthage Eagles at the Cairo International Stadium.
Goals from Ibrahim Muhammad and Ahmed Abdullahi were followed by a brace from Man of the Match Jude Sunday.

Bosso, who was disappointed with his sides finishing against the Young Scorpions, said the difference in the two matches was the finishing.
“Today we’re back in a better mood than after the semi-final match so we want to thank everyone that has been behind us,” said Bosso after the match.
“The difference between today’s match and that of the semi-finals against The Gambia is just the finishing.
“Today Tunisia kept the ball more but they have loopholes in their defense line so we played the ball behind them to cause them problems.”

Brother bosso.l don’t know what you’re coaching the boys. You and old men that you’re parading lacks football intelligence. As far as I’m concerned, you cant make any impact on the world stage. Your old men are just full of running with no flair whatsoever
Full of running is an exaggerating statement. Who has speed in that team? Super eagles should just stick with begging foreign born players because bosso squad is not a fertile ground for the future, even 5 years time when they should be clocking at most 25
Bosso go and sit down after annoying many of us with your half baked players you selected because of money to play leaving behind good players on the bench and in Nigeria
we just advise you to go for shopping of good deadly strikers and mid fielders to fortify this team before world cup if not you will get big disgrace in the world cup
Thumbs up @Dominion Ohaka. Bosso needs to shine his eyes wella to gather talented players.
These Bois are not clinical enough infront of goal
Clinical my foot…..Bosso himself needs to go… We don’t need him. With Bosso at the helm, nothing good will come out of this team. NFF, Let Finidi George handle this team, please. I am saying this because history is about to repeat itself. 13 years after he took the side to the World Cup in 2007 and failed woefully playing his heartbreak football, he was appointed again to handle the Flying Eagles. He could not read matches correctly and when he made substitutions, always making biased and wrong substitutions. Woeful selections of the team were the outcry then and the same anomalies are playing back now. Since over 13 years that he took the Flying Eagles to the Junior World Cup, this guy has learned nothing. He is like Nazareth, nothing good will come out of this set of Flying Eagles unless something drastic is done.
