Bendel Insurance midfielder, Divine Nwachukwu is desperate to make his maiden appearance for the Super Eagles.
Nwachukwu earned his maiden invitation to the Super Eagles on the back of his impressive performance with Bendel Insurance in the Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs held in Lagos last week.
The youngster is battling for a place in midfield along with the likes of Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi, Joe Aribo and Frank Onyeka.

This kid is a very talented player.
A better version of Kelechi Nwakali in terms of mobility.
He has a good future ahead of him in the sport.
First of all if you have played sports you can see Onyeka’s feet and Divine’s Onyeka is on his Toes as he runs and Divine is flat footed anybody who knows sports knows that Onyeka’s technique just with this observation is far ahead. For the Fact that players in Nigeria are still running flat footed in the highest level NPFL says alot. Shamblesss
Lets try this guy in SE Midfield. The midfield had been lacking for sometime and you can see it from the poor performances at club level of the likes of Ndidi and Aribo. Apart from Iwobi, I can’t find any talent in that midfield so new, younger players like Nwachukwu should be tried and progressed.
