Brazil striker, Richarlison’s second goal against Serbia in Group G of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar has been voted the Goal of the Tournament.
The aforementioned goal was a scissors kick in Brazil’s 2-0 win against Serbia from Vinicius Jr.’s pass. Richarlison
scored the two goals in the game. He racked up three goals in four games at Qatar 2022.
The results of the poll carried out by the fans were announced by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).

Richarlison’s goal beat the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, Cody Gakpo, Vincent Aboubakar, Luis Chavez, Enzo Fernandez, Paik Seung-ho, and Salem Al-dawsari to win the award.

Brazil lost to Croatia 4-2 on penalties in the quarter-finals following a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes at the Education City Stadium.
Brazil have won the FIFA World Cup five times; at Sweden 1958, Chile 1962, Mexico ’70, USA ’94 and Korea/Japan 2002 editions.
