Former Togo captain Emmanuel Adebayor has backed the Terangha Lions of Senegal to beat Netherlands in their Group A clash at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The African champions will slug it out with the Orange at the Al Thumama Stadium, Doha on Monday (today).
“Without Mane and Depay, the offensive potential of both teams is noticeably reduced, which will probably lead to a decrease in performance,” Adebayor told Telecomasia.

“So there is no need to wait for an easy life for the “orange”. I expect a tough fight in which Senegal will win.”
Ecuador defeated hosts Qatar 2-0 in the opening game of the competition on Sunday.
England and Iran will also clash on Monday, while USA and Wales will also do battle.
