Like Liberia, Nigeria are at full strength except that former Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo turned down the offer to represent the Super Eagles in their penultimate World Cup decider.
The game in Tangiers is a home match for Liberia who are unable to play in Monrovia because their home ground, SKD Sports Complex doesn’t meet FIFA and CAF minimum stadium requirements.

These guys look like aerobics dancers. Football is not for everyone just like Basketball no be dwarf game, after George Weah nothing come out of Liberia again.
It is his right to accept to honor the invitation. Obviously the Lone Star is aware of Odion turning down the offer but they can be rest assured that they are going home with nothing less than 3kondo.
Wao Wao Wao! Liberia training to beat who? That gives a new dimension altogether. What has always been important is to have the SE triumph on Saturday. Odion Ighalo, wishing you all the best. Good luck Nigeria!
Exactly my thoughts. I do not care who rep us as what is important is winning for our fatherland. Up Nigeria!!!?
Following the arrival of nearly all the players but Kehad’s informed striker Kpah Sherman, Peter Butler and his deputy have conducted their first practice session on Wednesday for Saturday’s showdown against Nigeria…against Nigeria???
Well, let’s leave that for now. The World Cup is a short tournament in the grand scheme of things. The maximum number of games any team plays is seven. Seven, seven ooo! That is just it. Half the teams don’t make it past the group stage. They play 3 games. Three, three, three oo! Compared to 38 in the EPL alone! In a 38 game season, the cream rises to the top as consistency is very important. In a knockout tournament like the World Cup, you may run into a strong defence, a hot striker, a bribed referee (lolz) and that is it, you’re DONE. This is wingin o! And who wins, the underdog or ?
Really Nigeria wins!
