Super Falcons of Nigeria Group C opponent at he 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, Botswana, today (Monday) arrived Morocco ahead of the tournament.
The team’s arrival was confirmed on the Twitter handle of the Botswana Football Association (BFA)
In a statement by the BFA, the team left for Casablanca on Sunday afternoon and arrived on Monday at noon.
The football body disclosed that the team will take a rest day on Tuesday, before setting base in Marrakech where they will hold their final preparation camp.

Known as ‘The Mares‘, the Botswana senior women’s national team will be making their debut appearance at the WAFCON in Morocco.
Their first game is against Burundi on Monday, July 4, before facing the Falcons three days later.
They will end the group phase with a game against Banyana Banyana of South Africa on July 10.
Meanwhile, South Africa head coach Desiree Ellis on Monday announced her 23-woman squad for the tournament.
